Current Opening:
Maintenance Technician- Full-time position based on-site at a luxury condominium property in Aspen Core
- Provides support to association manager and on-site maintenance manager with capital projects and day-to-day operations
- Requires a collaborative self-starter who desires to excel in a client-focused environment
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and understand service level expectations for premier property
- Requires strong communication (English required) and basic computer/technology skills
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of one to two years' property maintenance or related professional experience
- Competitive compensation plus full benefits including 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and wellness benefit
