Current Opening:
Maintenance Technician
  • Full-time position based on-site at a luxury condominium property in Aspen Core
  • Provides support to association manager and on-site maintenance manager with capital projects and day-to-day operations
  • Requires a collaborative self-starter who desires to excel in a client-focused environment
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and understand service level expectations for premier property
  • Requires strong communication (English required) and basic computer/technology skills
  • Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Minimum of one to two years' property maintenance or related professional experience
  • Competitive compensation plus full benefits including 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and wellness benefit
