What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician for Copper Village Apartments, managed by Bray Property Management, you'll play a key role in keeping our residential community safe, clean, and running smoothly. You'll handle a wide variety of maintenance needs, making every day both dynamic and rewarding.

You'll:

Perform general building and grounds maintenance Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting Complete unit turns, repairs, and inspections Respond to tenant maintenance requests Work closely with property managers to keep everything running smoothly • In this position you must be able to work in a variety of temperatures including indoor and outdoor environments.

Open until June 18th or until the position is filled What We're Looking For A valid Colorado driver's license Reliable personal vehicle with insurance Ability to pass a criminal background 1 to 2 year of experience in maintenance, construction, or building systems preferred. Basic experience required. Comfort using hand and power tools • Ability to perform a wide range of physical and manual tasks A friendly, professional attitude when working with residents • Basic computer skills and email etiquette Location This is an in-person role for Copper Village Apartments, managed by Bray Property Management. $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
