Painter/Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team! Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and applying primers using hand/power tools. Perform repairs on walls, ceilings, trim, fixtures, and other structures using carpentry skills such as trim carpentry and framing. Conduct maintenance tasks including caulking, fixture installation. Paint multiple vacant units to prepare them for move-ins with precision. Process work orders for various repairs in occupied units. Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained Skills Experience with construction estimating to accurately assess project scope and materials needed. Strong knowledge of color theory for effective color matching. Skilled in the use of hand and/or power tools. Must have a basic knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/electrical work/carpentry/etc. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project planning and execution. Physical Demands Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with assistance and/or proper equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions. $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
