A strong orthopedics background is required; dry needling, pelvic health, and chronic pain experience are preferred. Training will be provided and individualized for the best candidate. About N2 Physical Therapy, LLC N2 Physical Therapy's team has strong focus on pelvic health, chronic orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain. We are seeking a full time, Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong skill set in dry needling, orthopedics, and manual therapy to join our team as we continue to grow our Denver location. Pelvic health experience is preferred, but a strong interest in pelvic health and willingness to commit to our mentorship program, and learn is also excellent. Our ideal candidate is strong on a team as well as autonomous with patients, values a learning environment, can accept and give productive feedback, and has a high emotional intelligence. Experience in a busy environment, efficient administrative management, willingness to ask for help, ambition to learn, and excellent communication skills are a must. Description N2's culture fit for this position are providers who work well as a team, embrace education and mentoring, communicate clearly, are seeking support for a dynamic career, and are interested in a company that allows you to operate as a private practice owner, but without the risks. Anticipated starting base wages are negotiable between $83,000-87,000 per year depending on experience, with additional bonus pay activated as soon as productivity is achieved, and paid each pay period. For candidates with significantly more experience (5+ years) and interested in being on a leadership and teaching track, higher salaries are negotiable. New graduates are welcomed. Movement upwards in our company is tailored to the individual, transparent and supported by lead physical therapists, the company owner and our company leadership and development coach with training in recruiting, leadership and team dynamics, and career development. Our culture is to provide 1:1 care, one hour appointments, private treatment rooms for your patients, paid documentation time, business and leadership support to help you achieve bonuses and grow your practice within N2 in the direction you choose, and hour long paid weekly mentoring and team meetings for additional support. Our teams train for the achievement of work life harmony and outside hours of your planned and set schedule are not expected or encouraged. N2 provides a full administrative team and billing support team to support billing insurances for our clients out of network and in network when we take the insurance, support a full schedule, and minimize burden to the provider. Our in house training programs (initial and ongoing) meet COAPTA criteria to satisfy points toward renewal every two years and are paid and scheduled during the typical work week.
