Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine pool maintenance, cleaning, and minor equipment repairs to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create enjoyable aquatic experiences for our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in pool care while contributing to a clean and healthy environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, brushing surfaces, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness and clarity. Perform routine water testing and adjust chemical levels to ensure proper water balance and safety. Inspect pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and heaters; identify issues and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance teams for further service. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to carry out maintenance tasks efficiently. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections for accountability and quality assurance. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with opening or closing pools according to seasonal schedules or operational needs. Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand pool systems and components. Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Strong knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing and water testing. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Prior service technician experience or similar roles involving technical skills is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines and operational procedures. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in pool care while ensuring every swimmer enjoys a pristine environment. Note:
This position is for one pool only with an hourly cap of 2-3 hours max for service per day. This pool would be a 6 day per week pool beginning 5-23-26 through 9-5-2026. Your own transportation would need to be provided. And you would be required to be on the pool deck beginning service by 6:15 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Serious inquiries only please!Job Types:
