What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of practical experience preferred Experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and scissor lifts preferred Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in elevated areas What You'll Do as a

Facility Maintenance Technician:

Oversee daily building operations to ensure safety and compliance Perform and document daily facility rounds to prevent issues and downtime Complete and communicate progress on assigned work orders Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure and production equipment Conduct environmental health and safety inspections Assemble, repair, and modify furniture, equipment, and workstations Execute facility improvement projects such as painting, 5S upgrades, and wall patching Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, office supplies, and vending services Maintain shared spaces, including café areas and conference rooms Comply with GE Vernova standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
