Job Description

We are currently hiring and seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians looking to join the workforce again! The property management industry is growing and we need you to assist us in getting these homes ready. Plus you will be
PAID WEEKLY.

Apartment Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:
$21-$25/ hr
DOE- PAID WEEKLY
Job Duties:
Will be responsible for make-readies, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds at our communities. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
  • GREAT communication and teamwork.
  • Basic hand tools and drill
  • HVAC repair and preventative maintenance certification is a plus but not required.
Great Customer Service is Required! As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you are required to: Appear professional and willing to follow dress code and appearance standards according to the community Have reliable means of transportation Prove your ability to be prompt and on time every day Have basic mechanical aptitude Be able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary Keep a high level of service in mind with every task Complete work in a timely, cost-effective, and accurate manner Respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety Pass a comprehensive criminal background check Must have access to basic hand tools for maintenance roles (i.e. Drill, pliers and hammer, etc.) Career Strategies' temporary population receives the following benefits: Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) Medical health insurance available upon meeting eligibility requirements established under the Affordable Care Act Transportation subsidy of up to $5.00 per day available for public transit or ride share use We cannot wait to hear from YOU!!!!
