Facilities & Grounds Technician / Custodian - Full Time

This full-time Facilities & Grounds Technician (light maintenance) position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and use for our vendors and shoppers. This role focuses on the upkeep of the property facilities, equipment, grounds and public areas. Your talents will contribute to people having a positive experience in our space by: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings, walkways, restrooms, and common areas. Inspecting grounds daily for safety hazards and report issues promptly. Maintaining clean grounds by removing debris, emptying trash bins, sweeping, pressure washing, minor irrigation repairs and fountains. Assisting with minor exterior repairs such as fencing, signage, lighting, and benches. Reporting hazards, incidents, and major maintenance needs to leadership. Ensuring tools, materials, and maintenance storage areas are secure and organized. Maintaining exterior areas including buildings, clean vacant unit windows, sidewalks, parking lots, directories, signage, hanging flower baskets, etc. Completing water meter readings. Working closely with the maintenance and management teams to support property operations. Assisting with community events, move-ins/move-outs, and special projects as needed. Following all safety procedures and using tools and equipment properly. Performing other duties as needed.

You will bring:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or building maintenance is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve is required. Strong customer service, time management, and safety-minded skills are required. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, lawn care equipment, and small repairs is required. Ability to lift 50-100lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions is required. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork is required. Ability to be insured on Company insurance is required. Valid Colorado Driver's License is required.

Hours / Benefits

In exchange for your contributions, we are paying $20-$25/hour plus insurance including health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, and a

SIMPLE IRA
