Job Description
Hiring - Industrial Maintenance Mechanics Join a high‑performance team inside a new, state‑of‑the‑art automated facility . As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be a key contributor to Operations Maintenance, ensuring advanced material handling, pneumatic, and automated distribution systems operate safely, reliably, and at peak efficiency. You'll also play an important role in developing junior technicians as they build their technical careers.
Available Shifts:
Front Half -
Day Shift Schedule:
4 days on / 3 days off (commonly Sunday-Wednesday)
Hours:
Approx. 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (10‑hour shift with 30‑minute break) Back Half -
Day Shift Schedule:
4 days on / 3 days off (commonly Wednesday-Saturday)
Hours:
Approx. 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (10‑hour shift with 30‑minute break) Front Half -
Night Shift Schedule:
4 days on / 3 days off (commonly Sunday-Wednesday)

Job Description:
Maintain MHE & pneumatics — Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor lines. Support automation systems — Install, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution technologies. Execute multi‑discipline repairs — Complete mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related work to keep operations running. Assist with commissioning — Support new equipment start‑ups, commissioning activities, and integration of new automation. Mentor junior technicians — Provide hands‑on guidance and skill development for entry‑level techs. Champion safety — Adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
Skills/Qualifications:
2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience 2+ years working with MHE, automated conveyors, or mechanical/controls systems High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied work areas
