Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facility by performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. This position requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and structural issues promptly and efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of assets. Additionally, this role involves performing precision measurements and carpentry work to support facility upkeep and improvements. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment that supports overall business operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in plumbing, mechanical repair, and electrical wiring. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Physical ability to climb ladders and perform manual labor. Good communication skills with the ability to talk and hear clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
