Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment across our facilities. This role is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize clinical areas, including patient rooms, bathrooms, and waiting areas Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, minor repairs) Conduct inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs Ensure equipment is functioning properly Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies Prepare facilities for meetings and special events Respond promptly to maintenance or emergency service requests Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencyWhat We Offer:
