As a Service Technician, you will perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring operational efficiency and safety across diverse industrial environments. Your proactive approach and technical skills will drive success in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments (such as ammeters and ohmmeters), and analysis skills to identify root causes efficiently. Repair or replace faulty components involving welding, welding, high voltage systems, low voltage circuits, and industrial electrician work. Operate field service vehicles and equipment like scissor lifts to access elevated or hard-to-reach machinery safely. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment status accurately. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide onsite support for customer installations or upgrades. Follow safety protocols related to HVAC/R systems, industrial mechanics, and high-voltage electrical work to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic system layouts. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrical components. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools effectively. Skilled in welding techniques including welding for repairs or fabrication tasks. Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting purposes. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English to interact professionally with clients and team members. Experience working with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems safely in field service environments. Background in industrial electrician work or industrial mechanic roles is highly desirable. Military experience related to technical maintenance or field service roles is a plus that enhances problem-solving abilities under pressure.
