Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital contributor to our facility's operational excellence! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment, infrastructure, and systems through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment that supports our manufacturing processes and facilities. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs involving welding, electrical wiring, or mechanical components to restore equipment functionality swiftly. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and ensure optimal operation. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC repairs, and residential painting to support overall building upkeep. Supervise junior technicians or contractors during specific projects or repairs while ensuring safety standards are met. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting. Hands-on welding skills along with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, and the use of diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership skills in managing maintenance teams or projects. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and external vendors. Prior experience in customer service-oriented roles is a plus, highlighting your ability to collaborate across departments.
