Position:
Senior Maintenance Technician Shift:
1st 6:00am to 2:30pm
Benefit Eligible:
Yes The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure continuous production operations. This role supports safety, efficiency, and operational readiness across all areas of the facility. This role has an on-call requirement.
Role Priorities:
Timely maintenance and repair of equipment Preventive maintenance scheduling and execution Facility maintenance and safety compliance Documentation and communication of repair work Support for production uptime and efficiency
Welding Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with production equipment. Complete repairs and installations in a timely and safe manner. Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage. Assist in maintaining clean and safe work areas across the facility. Respond to emergency breakdowns and production support calls. Support facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred. Welding experience, preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance or industrial equipment repair. Working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, CNC machines, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in physically demanding environments.
Working Conditions, Environment, and Physical Demands:
Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, including production areas with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. This role requires frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
