Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, grounds, piping, and electrical systems within a healthcare setting. You will also be involved in construction projects, ensuring compliance with the Joint Commission's Environment of Care standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HRRMC Security Supervisor to provide security services, supporting a 24/7 culture of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and physical structures within the facility. Perform routine grounds maintenance and oversee piping and electrical systems. Participate in construction projects to ensure facilities meet operational and safety standards. Comply with Joint Commission Environment of Care standards for safety and performance. Work closely with HRRMC Security Supervisor to ensure 24/7 security services and procedures. Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations:
Current and valid Colorado driver's license with insurance I.D. card in good standing. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
