Job Description You will perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong technical maintenance skills along with a willingness to learn the unique aspects of our property, contributing to exceptional experiences for our owners, guests, and colleagues. The chance to make a positive impact through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including Planet 21 What you will be doing Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems
Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep
Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly
Coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations
Perform pool and spa maintenance
Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Relevant experience in building maintenance required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable
Hands-on experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, and pool/spa maintenance preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 100 lbs
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders as required Additional Information Visa Requirements:
