You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Compensation:
$19 - $21.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Valid driver's license and good driving record required You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. About Company Candlewood Suites Thornton is located right off Interstate 25 and 144th Avenue. We are close to downtown but far enough away that you don't feel like you're in a big city! We are an extended stay property and are looking for someone who can help our team bring the extended stay experience to life when engaging with our guests!
