  Base of $22 to $24 per hour plus monthly and quarterly bonuses to equal $23

• Monday to Friday Schedule Build Your Career the Hudson Grove Way Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to help support 2 communities: Delo Apartments (130 units) located in Louisville, and Carriage Hill Apartments (103 units) located in Thornton, CO.

Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure) Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required) You live within 10 miles of Thornton AND Louisville, CO; Preferably somewhere in between.
