Job Description
We are a Big Box contractor looking to add to our team of reliable installers to install storm, screen, and security doors. We are specialists in what we do and love our work! This position is entry-level. If you have 2-5 years of experience in construction, especially carpentry and door installation, then let's talk! We need someone independent, experienced, and willing to go the extra mile with customer service. You must be self-motivated, self-directed, a stickler for quality and efficiency, and have an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be working independently in the field and expected to make your own decisions. We are not into micromanaging. After training, we tell you what needs to be done and expect you to complete the job. Working with us means working in an environment where the schedule is flexible, the work is long-term and consistent, and you will be working alone at different job sites every day. And we pay every Friday via direct deposit. You must have a smartphone and be tech-savvy as work is assigned through Cilio and Google Calendar.
