Job Description

Facilities Maintenance Professional Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Professional to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of commercial facilities and building systems. This individual will play a key role in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating facility improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality facility maintenance services. This role is on-site in Westminster, Colorado. Facilities Maintenance Professional Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for building systems, equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure. Inspect buildings, grounds, and operational systems to identify safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, and maintenance needs. Support the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of facility upgrades, renovations, and maintenance projects. Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and related project expenses. Evaluate maintenance processes and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and cost savings. Monitor and help maintain fire, life safety, and other critical building systems to ensure proper functionality. Assist with construction, repair, and modification projects while minimizing disruptions to facility operations. Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, building codes, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and project documentation. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to support facility objectives. Facilities Maintenance Professional Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education required. 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a related technical field. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Working knowledge of commercial building operations, maintenance practices, and safety procedures. Understanding of applicable building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience supporting maintenance projects, facility improvements, or construction-related activities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proven punctuality, dependability, and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Compensation:
