We are looking for a team member who takes pride in their work, responds with urgency, and helps maintain a high-quality living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Complete daily service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with apartment turns including painting, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues Maintain curb appeal and property grounds Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies Support property inspections and ensure company standards are met Use maintenance software to document work orders and completed tasks on smart phone daily
Qualifications:
2+ years of apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry Must have strong knowledge of iphone/android apps as it relates to completing work orders/turns EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
