Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician

Our portfolio consists of over 1300 homes in the Denver Metro area and we need an experienced maintenance technician who has experience in apartment renovation. This position is located in the West Denver/Wheat Ridge Area.

The ideal team member would possess the following skills:

Qualifications:

Renovation experience is a must Preferably a minimum of 2-5 years experience working with tile installation and flooring Preferably 4 years experience in the apartment maintenance industry Ability to work with basic math to determine each job Must have basic tools needed to perform tile jobs, we will provide the specialty tools Installation of cabinets Proficient in drywall installation and repair Knowledge of tile setting materials, methods used as well as tools needed for specific jobs Ability to work in a high-paced team environment Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and vehicle are required.
