Overview Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring operational excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems to keep our operations running smoothly. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment. Conduct repairs and service technician tasks efficiently, minimizing downtime. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Assist with construction projects or upgrades related to facility maintenance as needed. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or installations to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records to support ongoing operations and compliance. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC systems or mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical or electrical systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related machinery. Familiarity with construction practices and equipment repair techniques is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members or coordinate with contractors effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement lasting solutions.
