Technical Knowledge Works well under pressure, uses problem solving skills, and has a basic knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/electrical work/carpentry/etc. 5. Drive Self-motivated with a desire to learn and willing to go above and beyond, works well with minimal or no supervision Responsibilities
  • Processing work orders for repairs in occupied units
  • Performing repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins
  • Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained
  • Additional duties as assigned Physical Demands
  • Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions Qualifications Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Monday
  • Friday from 8am-5pm On-call schedule (on for two weeks, off for two/three weeks) Benefits
