Full Job Description Automatic Pool Cover Technician Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Automatic Pool Cover Technician to join our team. This position involves working in the field as part of a small crew servicing existing automatic pool covers and installing new electric and hydraulic automatic pool cover systems. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. Duties & Essential Job Functions Service and repair existing automatic pool cover systems. Install automatic pool covers on new and existing swimming pools. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex service problems. Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally. Other Functions & Responsibilities Maintain inventory and parts stock in assigned service vehicle. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Keep work areas clean and organized. Required Qualifications Valid Connecticut driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to read and write English. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or related trades is preferred but not required. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position requires frequent: Bending Lifting Reaching Squatting Climbing Kneeling Twisting Standing Walking Sitting Technicians work outdoors daily at customer locations and must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday.
