In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our properties in the United States, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Assist in the upkeep of property grounds, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Read and interpret schematics for various systems within the properties. Supervise and coordinate work with contractors as needed for larger projects. Fabricate or repair components as necessary to maintain property standards. Requirements Strong proficiency in English for effective communication. Experience in electrical systems and general maintenance is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues. Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is preferred. Leadership skills to oversee projects or coordinate with team members when required.
