Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring our production facility, equipment, and common areas remain spotless and well-maintained each day. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and understands the importance of cleanliness and organization in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and machinery Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain production floors Dust and clean workstations, shelving, and facility surfaces Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed Identify and report facility maintenance or safety concerns Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Help maintain a professional appearance throughout the facility Qualifications Previous industrial, commercial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods Manufacturing environment experience is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that a clean facility contributes directly to safety, quality, and employee morale.
