Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to restore production Follow strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment Support engineering teams with equipment installations, qualifications, validations, and process improvements Monitor equipment and process performance to identify opportunities for reducing scrap, improving yield, and increasing efficiency Operate and support fiber and suture production equipment as needed, including in-process quality checks Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance logs, SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/ISO-compliant records Assist with facility maintenance tasks as required (interior and exterior upkeep) Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and other regulated manufacturing standards Working hours:

Experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 13485, GMP, or AS9100) Basic PLC troubleshooting experience Background in extrusion, textiles, polymer processing, or similar manufacturing processes Machining, fabrication, or welding experience Experience with preventative maintenance systems and CMMS software Technical school or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electronics, or mechatronics

Education:

Bachelors Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
