The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation of various types of fencing, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Duties Measure and mark fence lines according to project specifications and schematics. Install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods based on site conditions. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience in fence installation. Familiarity with construction estimating software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, or similar tools is advantageous. Knowledge of construction management principles and practices, including project scheduling using Primavera or similar software. Experience with Bluebeam for plan review and markup is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics and construction documents effectively. Previous experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety regulations.
