Located in East Hartford, Connecticut, we service commercial, municipal, institutional and residential swimming pools and spas. Our niche is centered on not building pools, but servicing them 12 months a year. Our staff are all Certified Pool Operators® (we also teach CPO® classes) and hold licenses and certifications. We also distribute a wide variety of pool chemicals, equipment and accessories. Experienced Swimming Pool Technician Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Pool openings and closings Leak detection and repairs Troubleshooting and replacement of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) Water testing and chemical balancing Liner installation Safety cover installation Qualifications Proven experience in pool service and equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays during peak season Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Compensation & Benefits $28 - $35+ per hour, based on experience Paid time off Company paid training classes Opportunities for advancement
