This is a full-time role with overtime as needed, paying $23+r based on experience.

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work days and potentially work nights

Pay:

$23+ (DOE)

Location:

Enfield, CT Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Maintain spare parts inventory and support facility upkeep Train staff on equipment operation and start-up procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Qualifications:

3-5 years in heat treating, manufacturing, or metalworking preferred Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, welding, machining, and fabrication Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in high-temperature environments Flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
