Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential Repair Technicians to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential facilities and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that homes are safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to our community. Duties Perform comprehensive repairs and preventative maintenance on residential plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances. Use schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct welding and mechanical repairs, including metal fabrication and component replacement. Maintain facilities by performing painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks to uphold property standards. Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults and optimize system performance. Manage work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track repairs, schedules, and inventory. Supervise or assist with team projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential repair services with a strong mechanical background. Skilled in electrical work, including reading schematics and using testing tools such as Ohmmeters. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, and residential painting is highly desirable. Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English with residents and team members. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus for those interested in team coordination roles. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is preferred. $25.30 - $30.47 per hour
