Job Description

About Us We are an architecture and interior design firm based in Greenwich, CT, working on residential and commercial projects across Greenwich and New York City. We are seeking a reliable, skilled handyman to support our team with a variety of on-site tasks at our projects and client locations. Job Summary We are looking for a versatile and dependable handyman who can perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, and light installation work. The role requires flexibility to travel between our Greenwich, CT location and project sites in New York, depending on the type of work needed. Responsibilities
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes
  • Assist with installation of fixtures, hardware, shelving, mirrors, artwork, and decor items
  • Help with small interior finishing tasks on active design projects
  • Handle light furniture assembly, moving, and on-site staging support
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all job sites
  • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Travel between Greenwich, CT and New York City project sites as needed Requirements
  • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar trade role
  • Strong knowledge of general repair techniques across multiple trades (carpentry, painting, basic plumbing/electrical)
  • Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Greenwich, CT and New York City
  • Valid driver's license
  • Attention to detail and respect for high-end residential and commercial spaces
  • Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills Nice to Have
  • Previous experience working with architecture, interior design, or high-end residential clients
  • Familiarity with luxury finishes and materials Schedule
  • Flexible schedule based on project needs

Pay:
$25.96
  • $31.
