Job Description

General Building Maintenance - Hamden Area Strong understanding of construction required. Understanding of carpentry / painting / basic plumbing / basic electrical / HVAC a plus etc. Basically all things construction ... ability to make construction and building repairs, pick up materials at supply houses, drive to various properties etc. Having a pick up truck is not mandatory but its a big plus Ability to work well with people is a must Must be reliable, and flexible. Part time to start, and must have own tools and transportation
