We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential rental properties. This role covers general repairs, upkeep, and unit turnovers to keep buildings safe, functional, and in good condition.
Responsibilities:
Complete general maintenance and repairs in units and common areas Respond to tenant maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.) Conduct routine property and system inspections Perform basic repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, locks, windows, flooring, light carpentry Prepare vacant units for new tenants (cleaning, patching, painting, repairs) Coordinate with outside contractors when needed Maintain maintenance logs and report larger issues Ensure work meets safety and property standards
Requirements:
Experience in general maintenance or handyman work Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail Good communication and professionalism with tenants Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
