Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot a wide range of maintenance issues, and enjoys keeping a property in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including: Plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixture installation) Electrical (outlets, lighting, basic troubleshooting) HVAC (filter changes, minor repairs; certification a plus) Carpentry, drywall, and painting Appliance repair and installation Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Turnover vacant units (repairs, painting, cleaning coordination) Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed (on-call required) Qualifications 3+ years of general maintenance experience (apartment or property management preferred) Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license required
