This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Previous experience in duct and dryer vent cleaning (required) Key Responsibilities Perform air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services for residential and commercial clients Work independently or alongside a team member to complete jobs efficiently Assist lead technicians and anticipate job needs to keep workflows running smoothly Learn processes and techniques to grow into a leadership role Inform customers about additional services and solutions that meet their needs Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of company vehicles Prepare workspaces by safely moving furniture and following proper procedures Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards on every job site Consistently deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
