Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Manager, Plant Operations, performs a variety of duties in and around the Hospital complex. Performs repairs to and maintains machinery, systems and mechanical equipment. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities 1. Performs hospital coverage duties by maintaining building equipment & systems. 1.1 Maintains building climate by adjusting thermostats, heat, ventilation or air conditioning systems for the comfort of patients, visitors and staff. 2. Completes and returns all work orders and equipment maintenance records according to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements. 3. Assesses environment for safety hazards which could harm patients, visitors or hospital employees and reports them to appropriate supervisors. Qualifications
