Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep, repair, and optimization of our industrial production equipment and facility infrastructure. In this role, you will balance proactive preventative maintenance with high-level technical troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Working under the guidance of the Facilities Lead and EHS Coordinator, you will ensure our plant remains safe, compliant, and operating at peak efficiency. High SchoolResponsibilities Lead the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of critical industrial production machinery, including machine tools, fabricating equipment, and welding systems. Implement and sustain a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to ensure facility uptime and operational efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control issues, utilizing blueprints, schematics, and precision testing instruments. Install and repair facility electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, motors, and switching devices, while maintaining building grounds and sourcing necessary materials. Manage the installation of new production equipment, ensuring precise leveling, alignment, and functional testing to meet manufacturing specifications. Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate or rework custom parts, and perform incidental welding or metalwork as required for repairs. Conduct rigorous safety inspections (guarding, JSA), handle hazardous waste according to protocols, and support EHS initiatives under the guidance of the Facilities Lead. Define technical problems and collect performance data to draw valid conclusions, ensuring all machinery meets capacity and accuracy standards.
