$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Shelton area seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient production operations. Responsibilities Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to support efficient production operations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pumps, valves, wiring, and related components Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and utility systems Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements Recommend solutions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, PLCs, and other diagnostic equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills Interested in learning more Apply today to be considered for this Maintenance Technician opportunity in the Shelton area!
