In this role, you'll be responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of freight through our inbound and outbound dock operations. What You'll Do Receive, verify, and document all inbound freight against bills of lading and packing slips Stage, organize, and process outbound shipments for carrier pickup Operate electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently throughout the shift Coordinate dock door assignments to minimize congestion and maximize throughput Inspect incoming and outgoing loads for damage, discrepancies, or compliance issues Communicate with warehouse supervisors, carriers, and internal teams regarding scheduling and exceptions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area at all times Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification as needed Complete all required paperwork and system entries accurately and in a timely manner What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in a dock, receiving, or shipping role in a warehouse or distribution center environment Demonstrated experience operating electric pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and ability to verify freight counts and documentation Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during peak volume periods Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience in a 3PL or multi-client fulfillment environment Electric Pallet Jack Experience Familiarity with LTL, FTL, and parcel carrier processes Schedule Monday - Friday Daytime Shift Overtime opportunities during peak seasons What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term employment with a growing company Opportunities for advancement into lead and supervisor roles How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
