POOL SERVICE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Duties Perform regular pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure safe and clean swimming conditions Conduct pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming pools, and brushing surfaces to maintain aesthetic appeal and hygiene standards Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and timers using hand tools and power tools Inspect pool systems for potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs Maintain detailed service records, logs of work performed, and inventory of supplies and equipment Respond promptly to service requests or emergency calls for pool issues or equipment malfunctions Follow all safety protocols during maintenance activities to ensure personal safety and compliance with industry regulations Experience Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the pool or HVAC industry Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately Hands-on experience with equipment repair, pool cleaning techniques, and routine maintenance procedures Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment troubleshooting and repairs Prior experience working with pool chemicals, water chemistry testing kits, and sanitation standards is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude towards maintenance tasks Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently Join us if you're passionate about maintaining beautiful pools and delivering top-tier service!
