Window and Door Installer

Job Overview Local and well established window and door company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across various residential projects. Your expertise will help enhance building functionality, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction skills to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and possesses a strong background in carpentry, window installation, and construction site experience. Extensive experience is a plus, but we will train the right applicant. Duties Measure openings accurately using blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure proper fitment of windows and doors Install windows and doors using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques while adhering to safety standards Perform caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation as needed for complete project execution Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as windows, doors, and hardware safely and efficiently Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks including door hanging, frame carpentry, and construction painting Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site work, or related fields with a focus on window and door installation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in construction settings Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and fixture mounting procedures Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with handyman tasks is highly desirable Physical capability to perform lifting and work at heights safely throughout the day Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components precisely
