You maintain the operational integrity and aesthetic appeal of our hotel, directly impacting guest satisfaction and our reputation for excellence. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all hotel facilities. You contribute directly to a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for everyone. Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintains and repairs various hotel systems, ensuring optimal functionality and guest comfort. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to HVAC Systems , Plumbing , and Electrical Systems promptly and efficiently. Performs routine Preventative Maintenance on equipment and facilities to extend their lifespan and prevent breakdowns. Responds to Guest Room Maintenance requests, ensuring all amenities and fixtures meet quality standards. Adheres to all Safety Procedures and protocols, maintaining a secure environment for guests and associates. Executes repairs for Drywall Repair and Painting tasks, preserving the hotel's appearance. Manages and completes tasks within the Work Order Systems , documenting all actions and resolutions. Identifies and reports larger maintenance needs to management, contributing to long-term facility planning. Collaborates with other departments to minimize disruption during maintenance activities. Ensures all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Required Qualifications Education Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience Demonstrates prior experience in a maintenance or facilities role. Knowledge/Skills Understands basic HVAC Systems , Plumbing , and Electrical Systems . Applies effective Troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve common issues. Executes Preventative Maintenance tasks with attention to detail. Performs various Guest Room Maintenance duties. Adheres strictly to established Safety Procedures . Possesses skills in Drywall Repair and Painting . Utilizes Work Order Systems for task management and documentation. Communicates effectively with guests and team members. Works independently and manages time efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Holds vocational training or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Possesses previous maintenance experience within a hotel or hospitality setting. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Lifts , carries , pushes , and pulls up to 50 pounds regularly. Stands , walks , bends , stoops , kneels , and climbs ladders for extended periods. Works in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, noisy, and dusty areas. Adapts to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. About This Job:

Employs MATLAB for simulations, modeling, and data analysis. Develops and maintains technical documentation , including specifications, reports, and manuals. Communicates technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborates with team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Ensures quality control throughout the engineering process to meet or exceed standards. Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience:
Proven experience in engineering design, problem-solving, and project management. Knowledge/Skills:
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and MATLAB. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience with specific industry standards and regulations. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions:
