This energetic professional will ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, electrical experience, and the ability to supervise maintenance projects while delivering excellent customer service to residents. Your hands-on expertise will help foster a welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems. Replace light bulbs in the building. Conduct repairs using tools like drills, hammer drill. Paint touch ups. Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and general handyman duties to uphold building standards. Manage small-scale projects including electrical upgrades or mechanical installations while ensuring safety compliance. Supervise contractors or junior maintenance staff during larger repair or renovation projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential building repair with a focus on condominium environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with schematics, electrical systems, welding, and troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters. Ability to perform residential painting and general handyman repairs efficiently. Supervising experience in maintenance or facilities management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with residents and team members. Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial maintenance practices adds value.
