Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pot Nets Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the Pot Nets communities remain picturesque and inviting for residents. Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm, Fridays as needed Responsibilities Maintain the grounds of Pot-Nets Community in a productive and safe manner. Perform tasks such as planting, trimming, spraying, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, watering, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and fence repairs. Keep job and stock inventory records and complete work detail reports daily. Identify and be familiar with plants typically found in the communities. Operate landscape maintenance equipment including loaders, Bobcats, tractors, edgers, and small outdoor power equipment. Ensure all duties are performed safely and professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of landscape maintenance required. Familiarity with plants, pests, and diseases. Ability to respond to instruction and acquire skills quickly through on-the-job training. Capability to perform heavy manual work for extended periods in all weather conditions. Ability to carry 50 pounds for a distance of 50 feet. Understanding and following oral and written instructions in English. Possession of a valid driver's license and passing a pre-employment drug screening.
