This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5

PM Compensation:

$24/hour (based on experience) . As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing Hang, prep, and sand drywall Paint apartment units and common areas Maintain grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness Assist with snow removal as needed Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) ✅

Qualifications:
