About Milford Wellness Village:
Milford Wellness Village is a dynamic healthcare campus dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our residents and tenants through collaboration, innovation, and compassion. We're seeking a skilled Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team and help keep our campus safe, functional, and looking its best.
Position Summary:
The Painter/Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and operational integrity of all buildings on campus. This role includes painting, basic maintenance, and repair work to ensure a clean, well-functioning, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and surface preparation. Complete routine maintenance work orders - light bulbs, hanging of pictures, etc. Assist with preventive maintenance programs for facility systems and equipment Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition Support special projects, renovations, and setup for campus events as needed Follow safety standards and building codes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years' experience in general maintenance or painting (healthcare setting preferred) Knowledge of basic building systems, tools, and repair techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and customer service-oriented

Schedule & Benefits:
