Maintenance Engineer

Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Respond to all Guest assistance requests in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner

Qualifications:

The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Experience with facilities management software is preferred Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and good driving record required About Company Across from the University of Delaware, this all-suite hotel offers spacious 2-room suites, along with many free and modern amenities, including free WIFI, evening reception, and free parking.
