Role Summary The Facilities Management Associate supports the daily operations of a professional law firm by delivering high-quality facilities and office services. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment. The Associate serves as a key point of contact for internal staff, ensuring efficient handling of document services, mail operations, office logistics, and general facilities support. Responsibilities To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Fulfill time-sensitive service requests, including copying, scanning, binding, and faxing documents Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries Perform secure document shredding in accordance with firm policies Maintain and restock office supplies and inventory Coordinate and support office catering requests and meeting room setups Assist with light office moves, including furniture and equipment relocation Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of completed service requests Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and external vendors to ensure service excellence Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in office services, facilities, or customer service preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear and professional communication skills Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic Positive attitude and commitment to customer service excellence Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry items weighing 20 pounds or more Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs for extended periods Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent movement and manual handling of materials Ability to load, unload, and transport boxes and office items throughout the workday
Schedule Full-time:
